Fulfillment
ThreeSheep™ products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our manufacturing partners. Once your order is placed, it is prepared at our fulfillment facility and shipped directly to your door.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Completely Free Shipping
We offer 100% free standard shipping on every ThreeSheep™ order. There is no minimum purchase required and no shipping fee at checkout.

International Shipping
ThreeSheep™ ships internationally where available. Standard shipping is free, but international orders may still be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government-imposed fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and, when applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to begin updating.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
